About Me

I battled ADHD for the first half of my life.

As I grew older, it only got worse. More responsibilities meant more chaos, more pressure, more self-blame. The harder I tried to control it, the harder it pushed back.

My father dismissed it: "You've got two hands and two legs, go take care of it." I believed him, so I turned my frustration inward and spiraled into shame and exhaustion.

The turning point was emotional rock bottom, accepting I was sick of suffering. I went to therapist who encouraged me to study the science behind ADHD, to understand why my brain works this way.

So I did. And I dove deeply into it. Day by day, once I aligned myself with my brain's biology and psychology, the nightmares crumbled.

I didn't "fix" myself because I was never broken.
I understood how my brain, emotions, and body function, what supports them, and what harms them. With that understanding, I rebuilt my life.

Now I share this knowledge, which is based on scientific data.
All my materials are about the main thing.
It's understanding.

When you understand WHY,
HOW becomes your second nature.
